Every request is scoped through Directus row-level policies. The frontend displays only the data already filtered by the API—no client-side filtering is required.
Can I invite external counterparties?
Yes. Send an invite from the contract detail view. Counterparties receive a one-time token granting narrow access to the relevant contract, tasks, and training.
Where are uploaded contracts stored?
Files are stored in the configured object storage (Ceph/S3) encrypted at rest. You can change retention policies per organisation in the admin settings.
